Ikigai - What is your reason for being?
Ikigai is a Japanese concept that means that which gives you a sense of meaning to life. The Ikigai map helps you reflect on what is your Ikigai by getting you to answer 4 questions about your life.
Ekigai is a mobile app to help you find your ikigai and keep your map with you at all times.

In Ekigai, you can reflect on what are the things you love, you are good at, that the world will pay you for and what the world needs. Once you have worked through what your Ikigai is, you can set yourself some goals on what to do more of and less of in your life so you can more purposefully head in the direction you want your life to go.

Start by tapping the 4 areas of the map and entering your descriptions.
Once you have filled in your descriptions, descriptions that may be related are grouped together under Passion, Mission, Profession and Vocation. Looking at the descriptions grouped together may inspire you on what is important to you.
If you change nothing, nothing will change. Decide what you need to do more of and equally important, what to do less of.
Free vs Full Version
The free app is fully functional and all your descriptions are stored locally in your phone. You can switch to the full version in-app.
In the full version, you will be able to change the colour and design theme of the app and export your descriptions to a PDF.
